Absolute pleasure today guys and I am sure that having now had time to think about what happened today and the various styles we experimented with you have probably realised that each of them were in fact the EXACT same shot - there is after all only one route to the target - the only difference was what was going on in your head - so when I say archery is mental, you know what I mean !
